Each reading is a hand-prepared, prayerfully crafted, personalized document. Due to the nature of this work, we do not offer refunds after a reading has been delivered. If you are dissatisfied with your reading for any reason, please reach out through our Contact page and we will do our best to respond with care and clarity.

If a reading has not yet been prepared (within the first 12 hours after payment), please contact us and we may be able to accommodate a refund request on a case-by-case basis.
